Mankato, Minn. – Northern State sent three swimmers to the MSU Last Chance Invite on Saturday in attempt to earn NCAA B Standard times. Although no swimmers hit qualifying marks for the Wolves,
Delaney Ryken and
Haley Osborne each recorded personal best times in the 50 yard freestyle.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Haley Osborne started the day in the 100 yard freestyle, swimming to a time of 52.62
- In the 200 yard backstroke, Maddie Gonzales recorded a time of 2:04.68
- The Wolves had two swimmers notch personal best times while attempting to hit the NCAA B Standard in the 50 yard freestyle, Delaney Ryken finished with a time of 24.59 and Osborne hit the wall in a time of 24.65
- Ryken and Gonzales recorded one last time trial in the 50 yard freestyle to end the day, when Ryken finished with a time of 24.54 to best her previous time set in the day and Gonzales hit the wall in a personal best time of 25.12

Haley Osborne will await the announcement of NCAA Championship qualifiers on February 23rd, after hitting the NCAA B Standard in the 200 yard freestyle in the NSIC Championships a week ago.
