Aberdeen, S.D. – The Northern State University cross country teams continue post season action this Saturday from Joplin, Missouri and the NCAA Central Region Championships. Race times are slated for 10 a.m. (men's 10k) and 11:15 a.m. (women's 6k) from the Missouri Southern Cross Country Course.

NORTHERN STATE STORYLINES

• The Wolves took seventh (men) and eighth (women) from the NSIC Championships two weeks ago
• The men notched an average time of 27:05.37 led by all-conference finishers Jackson Harrison and Josh Martin
• Harrison took seventh with a time of 25:27.65, while Martin placed ninth with a time of 25:31.24
• The women recorded an average time of 24:52.86 led by Jennifer Clark who finished in 23:31.89

• Northern recorded average times of 22:56 (women) and 33:42 (men) from the 2021 championships in Joplin
• Megan Pickering was the top finisher for the women in 45^th overall, while Harrison was the top placing men's competitor in 37th
