Aberdeen, S.D. – Northern State's Dominick Fiscelli (football) and Sally Gaul (volleyball) have been named as the South Dakota Army National Guard Athletes of the Week for their athletic efforts last week.

Fiscelli led the Wolves receivers with 157 yards and two touchdowns in a 49-20 win over Concordia-St. Paul. He averaged 39.3 yards per reception with a season best 80-yard long and tallied 118 of his 157 yards after the catch. He notched season highs in total yards, average yards per catch, and touchdowns. Fiscelli broke into the top-15 in the league in yards per game and top-10 in total yards and average yards per catch.

Gaul tallied 29 kills with a .418 attack percentage in the Wolves two wins over UMary (3-1) and Minot State (3-0). She averaged 4.14 kills per set with just six hitting errors while adding 21 digs, averaging 3.00 per set, three aces, and three blocks. Gaul hit a single match career high .778 against Minot State, averaging 5.00 kills per set.
