HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Northern State offensive attack once again started strong with a pair of shots-on-goal and corner kicks within the first 15 minutes of play
- Hannah Smith scored the opening goal of the game in the 24th minute of the game off an assist from Megan Fastenau
- The Warriors evened up the game at one just a minute later in the 25th minute as Reanne Weil netted the game-tying goal off an assist from Madyson Dye
- Winona State held the advantage in shots (9-7) and shots-on-goal (4-3), while the two teams were even in corner kick attempts (4-4)
