Wolves Fall to Huskies at Home

Aberdeen, S.D. – Northern State University women's basketball struggled to keep up with St. Cloud State Friday evening. NSU trailed for the majority of the competition, unable to find a grove.

  • St. Cloud went on a 15-0 run to start the second quarter lasting 5-minutes, giving them a 29-13 lead over the Wolves
  • NSU shot 31.8% from the field, 25.0% from distance, and 75.0% at the foul line in the first half, trailing 35-21 at the break
  • Northern found more success in the second half, shooting 40.0% from the floor, however it was not enough to overcome the deficit
