- Northern State started the scoring in the third inning off a Hayden Houts groundout that scored Justin Barreneche.
- NSU added one run in the fourth on a sac fly from Alec Lee that scored Chad Hinkle.
- Hayden Hall hit a sacrifice fly in the sixth that scored Spencer Sarringar to extend the lead to 3-0.
- Spencer Sarringar doubled to right center in the top of the seventh to extend the lead to 5-0. Hayden Hall hit another sacrifice fly later in the inning to give the Wolves a 6-0 lead.
- Luke Chevalier had a perfect game heading into the seventh inning before to he gave up a single.
- NSU added four runs in the top of the eighth to secure a 10-0 win and stave off elimination.
