Lexington, Ky. – The Northern State University volleyball team moved to No. 8 in this week's AVCA Top-25 Poll earning 822 total points with a 24-5 record overall.
 
Northern is joined by NSIC opponents No. 3 Concordia-St. Paul, No. 6 Minnesota Duluth, No. 7 St. Cloud State, No. 13 Wayne State, No. 16 Winona State, No. 18 Upper Iowa, No. 20 Southwest Minnesota State, (RV) Augustana, and (RV) Minnesota State.
 
In addition, regional foes No. 2 Nebraska Kearney, No. 5 Washburn, No. 9 Central Missouri, and No. 21 Northwest Missouri State made the list.
 
NSU will learn their postseason fate this evening with the NCAA Selection Show set to air at 6:30 p.m. (CT) on NCAA.com. Northern State Athletics and Lager's Inn will host a selection show party beginning at 6 p.m. with food and drink specials available.
