HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Wolves held a lead mid-way through the first set, however the Golden Bears rallied for a 25-22 victory
- CSP then took both the second and third sets with scores of 25-20
- Northern hit a season low .150 in the loss, recording 40 kills, 39 assists, 48 digs, three blocks, and two service aces
- Defensively, the Wolves held the Golden Bears to a .230 attack percentage which is below their 2019 average
- The Golden Bears were able to fend off the Wolves at the net with 13.0 total blocks and served up seven aces in the win
- NSU tallied a match high 19 kills in the third and final set, however was unable to send the match to extras

Northern will remain on the road next Thursday, October 31 at MSU Moorhead, with a 6 p.m. first serve versus the Dragons. The Wolves then return home and face the University of Mary at 6 p.m. on Saturday, November 2 and Minot State at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5.
