St. Paul, Minn. – The No. 3 Northern State University volleyball team was unable to get things rolling against No. 7 Concordia-St. Paul, falling in straight sets.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Wolves held a lead mid-way through the first set, however the Golden Bears rallied for a 25-22 victory
- CSP then took both the second and third sets with scores of 25-20
- Northern hit a season low .150 in the loss, recording 40 kills, 39 assists, 48 digs, three blocks, and two service aces
- Defensively, the Wolves held the Golden Bears to a .230 attack percentage which is below their 2019 average
- The Golden Bears were able to fend off the Wolves at the net with 13.0 total blocks and served up seven aces in the win
- NSU tallied a match high 19 kills in the third and final set, however was unable to send the match to extras
