Stotesbery Season High Sparks Wolves in Fourth Straight Victory

Minot, N.D. – The no. 6 Northern State University women's basketball team increased their win streak to four with a 66-47 victory over Minot State University. The Wolves improve to 14-1 overall and 8-1 in the NSIC. The 19 point victory is the marks Northern's 13th double-digit victory this season.

The Wolves held Beaver forward, Christina Boag to nine points and five rebounds in the game. Heading into the weekend, Boag averaged 11.5 points per game. Minot State shot 30.0 percent from the floor, and was unable to connect for a three point basket in the game.

Northern's 30 points in the paint and 42 rebounds, to the Beavers 33, were enough the secure the victory in the game. The Wolves scored ten second chance points off of 12 offensive rebounds.
