Southwest cut the lead to 37-35 with 12:14 to play but Truen capped an 11-play, 56-yard drive for Northern and put the Wolves up 43-35, however, SMSU was down by just one score after they blocked NSU's PAT attempt that led Southwest to tie the game on its next drive.
