Allie Macdonald led the Wolves yet against, scoring her second goal in as many days, as NSU defeated Southwest Minnesota State 1-0. Northern improves to 6-10 on the year, and 5-8 in the Northern Sun.
Offensively the Wolves recorded eight team shots, four of which were on goal.
Allie Macdonald record two shots on goal in the match. Macdonald's unassisted goal came 12 minutes into the second half of play.
Anna Bondy connected for three shots, while
Bobbye Pendleton notched two.
Anna Woern recorded the Wolves final shot in the game.

Brittany Tietz, held the Mustangs in her fourth shutout of the season. She added six saves to her season total in a full 90 minutes of play. Northern committed no fouls in the contest and forced two SMSU offside calls.
The Wolves will return home this Friday for their final home game of the 2014 regular season. Northern will match-up against the Beavers of Minot State. Game time is set for 1 p.m., Friday October 31
