Photo GalleryAberdeen, S.D. – The Northern State University soccer team fell in their final home game of the season, 2-0 against Minot State. The Wolves drop to 6-11 overall and 5-9 in the conference, with one regular season game remaining against University of Mary on Sunday in Bismarck.
Allie Macdonald led the Wolves offensively with seven shots in the game, two of which were on goal.
Anna Bondy recorded Northern's other two shots on goal in the game.
Kourtney Woracek,
Kay Hernandez, and
Anna Woern each notched a shot in the loss.
Andrea Boisner rounded out the NSU offense adding two shots of her own in the match-up.
Brittany Tietz recorded five saves in the game. The Wolves were took 12 shots in the second half of play after going down by one just a minute in. Northern committed only one foul in the contest.
The game marks the final appearance for seniors

The team will finish off the regular season Sunday, traveling to U-Mary. Game time is scheduled for 1 p.m. between the two squads.
