FAYETTE, Iowa - The sixth-ranked Upper Iowa Peacocks proved too much for the Northern State Wolves Sunday afternoon in a tough Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference wrestling dual for the Wolves.  UIU won the first nine matches of the day to take a 41-3 victory over NSU.

The Wolves drop to 0-3 in NSIC duals this season, while UIU moves to 3-1 in the league.

Top-ranked Matt Meuleners claimed NSU's lone win of the day, scoring three takedowns, an escape and a riding time point to secure an 8-2 win over UIU's Jeremy Brazil.

NSU remains on the road to begin a busy week, starting with a road match-up with Dickinson State on Wednesday.  The Wolves return home to host Minot State and Augustana on Friday (7 p.m.) and Saturday (4 p.m.), respectively.
