MOORHEAD, Minn. - The Northern State Wolves closed out cross-divisional play last weekend with a win over Concordia-St. Paul and now turn their attention to North Division action. NSU heads to MSU Moorhead to take on the 0-4 Dragons on Saturday. Kick-off is set for 2 p.m. at Alex Nemzek Stadium in Moorhead.
Setting the Stage:
• Northern State (1-3) picked up its first win of the season last week and will look to make it two in a row this week against 0-4 MSU Moorhead.
• Saturday's game marks the start of NSIC North Division play for both teams.

Jared Jacobson threw for 160 yards and two TDs and ran for 154 and a third score as the Wolves romped to a 42-21 win last season in Moorhead. The win was the second of a three-game streak to end the season for NSU. Chris Morton caught just two passes in the game, but both catches went for touchdowns.
About the Dragons:
• MSU Moorhead is one of just two teams (Minot State) in the league still looking for its first win of the season.
• The Dragons have dropped their first four games of the season by an average of 27.5 points per game.
• MSUM finished 2-9 overall last season, dropping its last seven games of the year. The Dragons' last win was a 29-22 win over Minnesota, Crookston in Week 4 of 2011 (Sept. 24).
• NSIC coaches picked the Dragons 15th in the preseason poll and seventh in the North Division.
Last Week:
• NSU picked up its first win of the season last week, scoring three straight touchdowns to rally a 10-3 deficit into a 24-10 advantage, then withstanding two straight Golden Bear touchdowns in the final six minutes. NSU senior

About the NSIC:
• The NSIC has expanded once more in 2012 with the addition of Sioux Falls and Minot State as full-fledged members in the now 16-team league. The institutions are the fifth and sixth additional members since the league expanded from 10 to 14 in 2008.
