Huss finished as the Super Region V runner-up at 197 pounds, punching his ticket to the NCAA National Championships. He went 3-1 on the day with wins over Bodie Garnier (MD 11-3) of Upper Iowa, Dustin Swisher (Dec 4-2) of Minot State, and Daniel Bishop (SV-1 5-3) of Augustana, before falling to Noah Ryan of St. Cloud State in the championship.
