Ellingson hit .833 with 20 kills in the Wolves back-to-back sweeps of MSU Moorhead and Minot State. She did not have a hitting error in the two matches and averaged 3.33 kills per set. She also added seven digs, five blocks, and two aces. Ellingson jumped to second in the NSIC in attack percentage versus league opponents, hitting .436 in 2021.
