Carter Evans averaged 15.0 points and 11.5 rebounds in wins over University of Minnesota Duluth and St. Cloud State this weekend. Evans shot a team second best 65.2 percent from the floor, adding six assists and two steals. In the win over St. Cloud State Evans tallied a career high 15 rebounds in the 83-63 game, and also notched a weekend high of 20 points against the Huskies. Not only did Evans help NSU to the first NSIC Overall Championship since 2002-03 and the first North Division Title in school history, Evans was also named NSIC North Division Player of the week.
