Jenny Baus (Sr., Rosholt, S.D.) placed second at the Howard Wood Relays in the 800 meter run and ran a leg on the third place 4x400m relay team.  At the Drake Relays a week earlier, Baus had a breakthrough performance, running the 800m leg on NSU's 1,600m sprint medley relay.  Her split of 2:15.30 was the best of her career.  The relay team finished one second shy of the school record.
