Brandon Krein anchored his 4 x 800m relay team, which included Mark Gilkerson, Cameron Sannes, andNick Lindwurm, with the team's fastest split to help break the previous school record from 1993 by 0.34 seconds. Krein went on to surpass the open 800m school record mark of 1:55.89 set in 1998 by 0.03 seconds to finish 6th out of 88 runners in 1:55.86.
