Senior Calvin McGruder is athlete of the week for his high jump NCAA provisional qualifying mark.  McGruder, who has also already provisionally qualified and leads the conference in the long jump, shattered his previous career best in the high jump on Saturday, clearing 2.09 meters (6-10.25) to finish second.  That mark will move him to second on the NSIC performance list and into a tie for tenth in the nation.
