Jacobson won the discus at the Red Raider Open in school record and national provisional mark fashion. He heaved 51.98m to break the 50-year old school record at Northern State. The freshman shits third in the NSIC in the event and 27th in the nation. The Minnesota native added a fourth place finish in the hammer, throwing 50.36m.
