Nathan Dudley enters his second year as the Assistant Athletic Director for Communications and Fan Engagement in the fall of 2026. He serves as the primary media contact for volleyball, wrestling, indoor and outdoor track and field, and baseball. In addition, Dudley leads the game day efforts, including the management of The Pack, Student Section.
Dudley opened his collegiate career at Texas Tech in student assistant and graduate assistant roles, serving a number of departments on campus. He gained experience working with Red Raider Club in their fundraising efforts, the academic achievement department, athletic communications, and promotions and fan engagement.
In his graduate roles, Dudley assisted with game notes, press releases, statistics, social media and website management, and broadcast preparation for the communications department. He provided coverage for all 17 programs and worked with members of the media at home TTU events. In addition, Dudley coordinated promotions and fan engagement initiatives for volleyball and men’s and women’s tennis.
As an undergrad, Dudley served as the head mascot for the Red Raiders, making 350 total appearances from 2021-2023. He won the NCA National Mascot Championship in 2022. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and Business Administration from Texas Tech University and is pursuing his master’s degree in Sport Management from TTU.
