Dwayne Holloway II

Dwayne Holloway II enters his first season on staff in the fall of 2026, as the program's defensive line coach. Holloway joins NSU following three seasons on staff at the University of Minnesota.
 
Holloway served as a defensive line intern for the Gophers on PJ Fleck’s staff. In his three seasons, the U of M produced six All-Big ten recipients, including 2025 first team selection Anthony Smith. Smith led the Big Ten and ranked seventh in the country in sacks and was second in the league in tackles for a loss. The Gophers ranked 11th in the nation in 2025 in sacks and sat top-10 in the Big Ten in sacks defense, total defense, passing defense, and rushing defense between the 2023 and 2024 seasons. In addition, Jah Joyner and Deven Eastern received invites to the senior bowl and combine following the 2024 and 2025 seasons.
  
Holloway holds a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies from Herzing University. He competed collegiately at Mayville State University as a defensive end and defensive tackle. He was a 2015 defensive team captain for the Comets and earned the SparkPlug Award given to the most impactful freshman. Holloway closed out his career with 11 sacks at MSU.
