2024-25: Went 19-10 overall and 7-2 in the Northern Sun… Took third at the DWU Open…

2023-24: Posted a 15-15 record overall with five falls, one major decision, and one injury default… Went 3-6 in NSIC competition… Honored on the NWCA Scholar All-America team…

Prep: Nathan Schauer is a 6-foot-1, 197-pounder out of Ashley High School. He was a 5-year starter and senior team captain for the Mustangs under the direction of head coaches Josh Hoffman and Adam Bettenhausen. Schauer is a 4-time North Dakota State placer, winning the state title in 2021 and finishing as the runner-up in 2020. He posted 129 career victories and a 26-0 record his senior campaign. Schauer was named the Region I Senior Athlete of the Year in 2021 and is a 4-time Academic All-State wrestler. In addition, he is a USA Wrestling Folkstyle All-American. He is the son of Dale and Linda Schauer.
