Pre-NSU: Spenser Larson is a 5-foot-9, 170-pounder outfielder out of Eden Prairie High School and Iowa Lakes Community College. As a prep, he was a 2-year starter as the Eagles won the 2016 Lake Conference Championship and reached the Minnesota State Tournament. Larson played two seasons at ILCC, hitting .298 with six homeruns, 28 RBI, 32 runs scored, and 11 stolen bases in his senior campaign. He was named to the Academic All-Region team and a Co-ICCAC Player of the Week. He is the son of Eric and Lori Larson.
