Biography

2017: Redshirt season…

Prep: Shaina Solon is a 6-foot-1, outside hitter out of Kadoka Area High School. She is a 3-year starter and senior team captain for the Kougars under head coach Barry Hutchinson. Solon was named the team’s offensive MVP in 2014, 2015, and 2016. She is also a member of the Kougar basketball team and a start since the 2013-14 season. Solon holds a 4.0 GPA throughout high school, and is a member of the National Honor Society. She is the daughter of Patrick and Heather Solon.
