Pronunciation: Leah Colt-z

Pre-NSU: Leah Koltz is a 6-foot, middle hitter out of Sioux Falls. She was a 2-year starter at Sioux Falls Roosevelt and senior team captain under the direction of head coach Kevin Vanderwal. As a prep, Kolz tallied 428 kills and 139 blocks with a .249 attack percentage. She was named first team all-conference, second team all-state, to the South Dakota All-Star team, and an Adrenaline Future 40 Athlete. Koltz played one season at the University of West Alabama in the fall of 2019. She appeared in 16 matches, playing 47 total sets. Koltz recorded 41 kills and 31.0 blocks. She is the daughter of Kristi and Chris Koltz.
