Amy Veenhof is a 1998 graduate of LeSueur-Henderson High School. From there she went to Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato, Minn. where she earned an Associate of Arts degree in May of 2000. She then attended Huron University, where she earned a BA in Elementary Education with a concentration in Coaching in 2003. She served as a student assistant coach at Huron in 2002-03 before becoming the head coach in 2004-05, where she posted a 14-16 record and finished sixth in the DAC-10.
Amy is married to Casey Veenhof, who is a 2006 graduate of Northern State University. Amy and Casey are the proud parents of a son, Shane.
