Season & Career Bests
Prep: Jenna Helms is a distance runner out of Roncalli High School. Helms was a letter winner for the Cavalier cross country squad under the direction of head coach Brady Lesnar. She was a top-10 finisher in the North East Conference and Region 1A meets, qualifying for the South Dakota State Meet. The Cavaliers won the NEC and Region 1A Championships in 2020. She is the daughter of Corey and Kelli Helms.
