Prep: Avery Murray is a distance runner out of Valley City High School. She is a 5-year letter winner and senior team captain for the Hi-Liners under the direction of head coach Deb Beilke. Murray holds personal bests of 5:29.19 in the 1600m, 12:21.75 in the 3200m, and 20:20.60 in the 5000m. She is a 3-time team MVP for track and field and cross country. She is the daughter of Buff and Karen Murray.
