Season & Career Bests
Prep: Avery Miles if a distance runner out of Doland High School. She is a 6-year letter winner for the Patriots under the direction of head coaches Amanda Boomsma and Melissa Knox. Miles is a state qualifier in the 800m and 1600m events and Region 3B Champion in the 1600m. On the cross country course, she is a 5-time state qualifier. She is the daughter of Preston and Jennifer Miles.
