Biography
Prep: Laila Gordillo is a freestyle, backstroke, and individual medley swimmer out of Guayaquil, Ecuador. Gordillo was a 4-time member of the Guaya regional team and a member of the Ecuadorian National Team competing in Cali, Egypt, and Barranquilla. She holds short course personal best times of 26.70 in the 50 free, 56.16 in the 100 free, 30.15 in the 50 fly, and 1:05.91 in the 100 IM. She is the daughter of Neidys Sanchez and Giovanni Gordillo.
