Prep: Hilary Sonnabend is a 5-foot-8, freestyle and breaststroke swimmer out of Brillion, Wisconsin, and Brillion High School. Under the direction of head coach Jody Schwarz she recorded personal best times of 26.12 in the 50-yard freestyle and 1:18.85 in the 100-yard breaststroke. While helping the Lions secure a runner-up finish in the Eastern Wisconsin Conference in 2022, Sonnabend earned second team all-conference honors in the 50-yard freestyle and as a member of the 200-yard freestyle relay. In 2022 she also became a WIAA D1 Sectional qualifier in both the 50-yard freestyle and as a 200-yard freestyle relay member. She is the daughter of David Sonnabend.
