Biography

2023-24: Competed in 15 individual events for the Wolves… Notched season-best times in the 50 breast (34.25) and 100 breast (1:15.69)… Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team…

2022-23: Recorded three season-best times at the NSIC Championships in the 50-yard freestyle (27.25), 100-yard freestyle (58.67), and the 200-yard freestyle (2:07.19)… Earned three top-3 individual finishes, and was also a part of five top-3 finishing relay teams throughout the season…

Prep: Ali Jones is a 5-foot-9, breaststroke and IM swimmer out of Lawrence High School. She was a 3-year letterwinner for the Chesty Lions under the direction of head coach Kent McDonald. Jones tallied person bests of 2:31.83 in the 200 breast, 1:09.01 in the 100 breast, and 2:15.26 in the 200 IM. In 2021, she was honored as a second team all-state selection. Jones is also a member of the Lawrence Aquahawks. She is the daughter of Lisa and Rob Jones.
