Entering her second season as a graduate assistant, Melissa Gamble was a four-year starter for the Wolves soccer team. She was a four-time All-NSIC and two-time adidas All-Region player. Gamble was named an NSCAA All-Region Scholar twice and was also named to the ESPN All-Region Team. She is the Northern State all-time leader in goals scored (40) and notched 88 points while a member of the Wolves' squad. Gamble was named the South Dakota Sportswriter's Association Female Athlete of the Year in 2006 and received the NSU Hildred Wolfe Award for the 2006-07 athletic year. Gamble is pursuing a graduate degree in Health and Physical Education.
