Prep: Catherine Nakae is a 5-foot-2, midfielder out of South Torrance High School. She is a 2-year starter for the Spartans under head coach Liz Kitsios. In her varsity career, Nakae recorded four goals and five assists. She was honored with the 2015-16 Spartan Award and is a 2013 CIF State Champion. She is the daughter of Jamie and Diane Torrance.  She is also a member of the FRAM Soccer Club.
