Season and Career Bests

Prep: Jordan Hermansen is a distance runner out of Central High School. She is a 5-year letter winner for the Golden Eagles under the direction of head coaches Bill Martens and Jim Appl. Hermansen holds personal bests of 19:39.00 in the 5k, 2:28.00 in the 800m, and 5:34.00 in the 1600m. She is a 3-time all-conference honoree in both track and field and cross country. In addition, Hermansen is a 2-time all-state selection in track and field. She was a member of the 4-time ESD Conference Championship cross country team at Aberdeen Central and the 2018 South Dakota State Champion in the 4x800m relay. She is the daughter of Northern State track and field, football, and basketball alumni Charles and Jill Hermansen.
