2017: Completed the Jimmie Invitational with a time of 19:41.0 (5k), and completed both the NSIC Conference Championships and the Central Regional Championships with times of 24:02.5 (6k), and 24:41.3 (6k), respectively…

Track and Field

2017-18: Recorded season best times of 2:32.37 in the 800m, 3:18.19 in the 1000m, 5:20.45 in the 1500m, and 5:38.43 in the mile… Tallied one top ten finish on the season… Was a member of the third place distance medley relay team at the Bison Open…

2016-17: Recorded season best times of 2:34.53 in the 800m and 5:22.49 in the 1500m…

2015-16: Competed in the mid-distance events for the Wolves… Tallied four top-10 finishes in the outdoor season… Recorded personal bests in the 800m (2:27.29), 1,500m (5:02.17) and 3,000m (11:33.84)…

Pre-NSU: Wahl helped lead the West Central cross country team to a runner-up finish in 2010 during one of her six state cross country births. In her final state meet last fall, Wahl finished with the fifth fastest 4k time in the state across all three classes (AA, A and B) among graduating seniors. The team captain in both cross country and track was also a four time state track placer, helping the Trojans earn two state titles. An outstanding student, Wahl is also the vice president of the National Honor Society, and she will also be swimming for the Wolves this coming winter.
