Diegel is a 5-10 all-conference performer who was the 2nd leading scorer in the Eastern Dakota Conference her senior year.  Averaging 20 points, five rebounds and two assists per game, she helped lead her team to a 14-9 record and an appearance at the state tournament this past season. Diegel was named the team MVP her junior and senior seasons and was named a Lions All-Star her senior year.
