The 2008-09 season is the second year of graduate assistant duties for Bobby Cope. Cope joins the Wolves from his hometown of Colstrip, Mont., where he served as a football and basketball coach while teaching high school history for the previous two years.
Prior to his stint in Montana, Cope spent two years as a student assistant at Black Hills State University in Spearfish, S.D. While at Black Hills, Cope was in charge of strength and conditioning and academics for the Lady Jackets. Along with these responsibilities, Cope also assisted in player development and scouting.
Cope graduated with honors from Black Hills in the winter of 2003 with his degree in Physical Education and is currently working towards his graduate degree at Northern State.
