2025-26: Competed in 11 meets for the Wolves… Recorded career personal bests in the 800m (1:58.50) and 1000m (2:41.69)… Won the 4x400 relay against Jamestown and placed second in the 1000m at the dual meet… Added third-place finishes in the 4x400 relay at the Dewey Donat Classic, fourth in the 800m at the Dewey Donat Classic, fifth in the 600m at the SDSU Last Chance, and a 10th-place finish in the distance medley relay at the NSIC Indoor Championship… Tallied nine top-10 finishes on the season…

2024-25: Competed in 11 meets for the Wolves… Recorded personal bests of 53.96 in the 400m, 1:25.63 in the 600m, and 2:07.40 in the 800m… Won the 4x400m at the Jamestwon Dual… Notched nine top-10 finishes on the year…

Prep: Zachary Terrio is a middle-distance runner out of Luverne High School. He was a 3-year letterwinner for the Cardinal under the direction of head coach Peter Janiszeski. Terrio holds personal bests 52.73 in the 400m. He is three-time MN state meet qualifier in the relays, with his team placing runner-up in the 4x100 in 2022, and eighth in the 4x400 in 2023. He was also a member and state meet qualifier in cross country. He is the son of Kirk and Tena Terrio.
