2022-23: Recorded personal bests of 6.86 in the 55m, 37.56m in the javelin, and 4.85m in the pole vault… Tallied 18 top-10 finishes on the year… Took fifth in the pole vault (4.21m) at the NSIC Indoor Championships… Earned all-conference accolades as the pole vault runner-up (4.85m) at the NSIC Outdoor Championships… Earned CSC Academic All-District® honors…

2021-22: Recorded personal bests of 4.68m in the indoor pole vault and 4.78m in the outdoor pole vault… Notched 14 top-10 finishes in the pole vault… Won the event at the Mount Marty Invite…

Season and Career Bests

Prep: Sam Tremelling is a 5-foot-10 pole-vaulter out of Great Baddow High School in Chelsmford, Essex. Tremelling was crowned the South of England Champs Champion in the pole vault in 2019 and took second at English Nationals. He held a personal best of 4.40m prior to arriving at Northern State. In addition, Tremelling took second at the South of England Champs in 2021.
