Season and Career Bests

Prep: Sam Sather is a thrower out of Red River High School. A former Aberdeen native, Sather attended Roncalli High School through his junior year. He is a 4-year letter winner in track and field. Sather tallied a personal best of 49'6" in the shot put in 2019.  He is the son of Paul and Kelsie Sather. Sather also signed with the Northern State football program as an offensive lineman.
