Season and Career Bests
Prep: Rodriguez has had a standout prep career as members of his local team Lasarte-Oria Kirol Elkartea and recently was invited to the Real Sociedad, one of the top track and field programs in Spain. He was the Spanish youth indoor champion and outdoor runner-up in the 400m dash, and represented Spain at the European Youth Olympic Trials in the 400m. Rodriguez posts personal bests of 48.99 and 48.39 in the indoor and outdoor 400m dash, along with 22.28 and 1:57.77 clockings in the 200m dash and 800m run. Rodriguez plans to major in physical education.
