Season & Career Bests

2025-26: Competed in 11 meets for the Wolves… Recorded career personal bests in the 200m (23.64), 600m (1:23.57), and 400m hurdles (54.54)… Added runner-up finishes in the 600m at the SDSU Last Chance and the 4x400 relay at the U-Mary Winter Classic and Dewey Donat Classic… Recorded third-place finishes in the 600m at the UND Open and U-Mary Winter Classic, along with a third-place finish in the 4x400 relay at the SDSU Holiday Open… Placed fourth in the 400m against Jamestown and fourth in the 400m hurdles at the Dewey Donat Classic… Tallied 12 top-10 finishes on the season… Scored team points by running on the ninth-place 4x400 relay at the NSIC Indoor Championship… Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence…

2024-25: Competed in 10 meets for the Wolves… Recorded personal bests of 37.08 in the 300m, 52.20 in the 400m, and 56.25 in the 400m hurdles… Notched nine top-10 finishes on the year…

Prep: Gracen Hansen is a jumper/hurdler out of Timber Lake High School. He was a 4-year letterwinner and team captain for the Panthers under the direction of head coach Ryan Gimbel. Hansen holds personal bests of 40.53 in the 300m hurdles and placed third at the South Dakota State meet. He anchored his team to a third place finish in the 4X400 at the state meet. He also holds a personal best of 40’6” in the triple jump. He is the son of Lyndsey Ducheneaux.
