2025-26: Competed in nine meets for the Wolves… Recorded a career personal best in the 3000m (9:50.07)… Placed runner-up in the 5000m at the Dewey Donat Classic and third in the 5000m at the U-Mary Winter Classic… Added sixth-place finishes in the 3000m at the SDSU Last Chance and against Jamestown and a sixth-place finish in the 5000m at the South Dakota Challenge… Tallied six top-10 finishes on the season… Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence…

2024-25: Competed in six meets for the Wolves… Recorded personal bests of 5:09.89 in the mile, 3:11.12 in the 1000m, 10:14.85 in the 3000m, and 17:16.64 in the 5000m… Notched three top-10 finishes on the year…

Prep: Christian Wells is a distance runner out of Aberdeen Central High School. He was a 4-year letterwinner for the Golden Eagles under the direction of head coach Greg Murley. Wells holds personal bests of 4:40.00 in the 1600m, 10:12.00 in the 3200m, and 16:52.00 in the 5000m. He was a multiple year state qualifier in cross country and track and field, placing at the state cross country meet. He is the son of Craig and Michelle Wells.
