Dwight Denman

Dwight Denman

Dwight Denman enters his third season with the men's golf squad and his first as the head coach.  Denman has previous served as a volunteer assistant coach in 2007-08 and moved in to a co-head coaching role in 2008-09.

Coaching golf provides Denman, also an assistant professor of accounting and business law at Northern, the opportunity to combine two of his greatest passions: teaching and golf.  The Texas native first picked up a golf club at the age of ten and has been playing competitively since he was in high school.  His knowledge of the game and management ability should have an immediate impact on the Wolves' golf program.

Denman earned his bachelor's degree in communications from Stephen F. Austin State University.  He has a Master's degree in professional accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center, and an LL.M. (Taxation) from Georgetown University Law Center.
