Biography

Prep: Mason Witt is a 6-foot, 175-pound guard out of Alexandria Area. He was a 3-year starter and team captain for the Cardinals under the direction of head coach Forrest Witt. As a senior, Witt averaged 23.4 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 3.7 assists per game. He shot nearly 50.0% from the floor and 40.0% from beyond the arc. Witt was a 3-time all-conference selection, 2-time Star Tribune All-State team member, and all-tournament selection at the MSHSL Tournament. In addition, he closed out his career as the all-time leading scorer at Alexandria with 2,005 career points. Alexandria won four section championships, three conference championships, and one state championship in his career. He is the son of Forrest and Kelli Witt.
