2019: Appeared in 49 games, making 40 starts on the year… Hit .285 with 37 hits, 13 runs scored, seven doubles, three home runs, and 16 RBI… Recorded a .903 fielding percentage with 47 putouts, 74 assists, and 13 errors…

2018: Appeared in 44 games, making 38 starts on the year… Hit .261 with 30 hits, 21 runs scored, three doubles, two homeruns, and 18 RBI… Finished the season third on the team with nine stolen bases… Tallied a .920 fielding percentage with 37 putouts and 78 assists…

2017: Appeared in 28 games with six starts for the Wolves in her freshman campaign... Recorded eight hits in 25 at bats for a batting average of .320... Recorded one homerun, four RBIs and 12 runs scored on the year... Went 4-for-4 in stolen bases... From second base, King tallied five putouts and three assists with a fielding percentage of .889...

Prep: King is a middle infielder and utility player from Rapid City Stevens High School. She is a three year starter for the Stevens Raiders. As a junior, Kaitlyn hit .450 with ten doubles, eight homeruns, and 19 stolen bases. She is a 2014 and 2015 All-State and All-Tournament honoree and the Rapid City Stevens 2015 Defensive Player of the Year. The Raiders have finished third in the South Dakota State Tournament the past three seasons, and recorded a 27-4 record in 2015. Kaitlyn also participates in basketball and volleyball for the Raiders.
