Prep: Jackson Wadsworth is a 6-foot-3, 205-pound guard out of Hamlin High School. He was a 4-year starter and team captain for the Chargers under the direction of head coach Todd Neuendorf. Wadsworth holds the HHS school record for career 3-point field goal percentage, shooting at a 48.0% clip. As a senior, he averaged 21.2 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 4.4 assists per game. Wadsworth was a 3-time all-conference honoree and 2-time all-tournament team member at the SDHSAA State Tournament. In addition, in 2025-26 he was named the NEC Player of the Year, Watertown Public Opinion Area Player of the Year, SD All-State first team, Spirit of the Su recipient, and a finalist for South Dakota Mr. Basketball. Hamlin won the state championship in 2024 and posted a 103-21 record over the course of his career. He is the son of Travis and Michelle Wadsworth and brother of women's basketball alumna Lexi Wadsworth
